Dear Travelers,
Please be advised that the Bureau of Immigration released an advisory regarding the full-scale implementation of the e-Travel System (Electronic Travel Declaration System) form. It is MANDATORY that ALL PASSENGERS and FLIGHT CREW that will depart from the Philippines, commencing on
April 15, 2023, to register at https://etravel.gov.ph:
– Arriving passengers: Not earlier than seventy-two (72) hours from the scheduled time of arrival up to actual arrival into the country; and
– Departing passengers: Not earlier than seventy-two (72) hours up to not later than three (3) hours from the scheduled time of departure from the country.
Paper-based arrival/departure cards shall discontinue effective 01 May 2023.
